Biggest Looser 100 calorie cupcakes
Batter
- 5 egg whites
- pinch of salt
- 3tb. Honey
- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Frosting
- 1 cup nonfat cream cheese
1 cup raspberries
( I added stevia and only used like 1/2 the frosting so feel free to cut it in half)
Bake:
Pre-heat oven to 325
- whip egg whites
- add salt & honey
- add yogurt
- stir in dry ingredients
- bake 15-20 minutes
Overall these were pretty good if your looking for something healthy, low cal and sweet!
I count out my serving of almonds and as I eat I still count 1, 2,3,4 ughh
You know you have a problem when you say you are gonna take a rest day and just go for a walk when you end up running your fastest 5 miles..

Spinach salad with grapes, tomatoes, homemade croutons, shredded gouda, grilled fish, sunflower seeds and low fat ranch on the side. It was really good and I was full after half!

Hot Chocolate Frappe
- about a spoonful of unsweetened baking cocoa
- one packet stevia
- one cup of ice
- one half cup non fat milk
Then blend in a blender!! Yum! :)
